What is Where the Stars Went about?
Stella Hart has loved Ashton Voss for ten years and has been his secret wife for three. In that time he has filed for divorce a hundred times — as a punishment, whenever she orders the wrong wine or wears the wrong dress — and every time she has begged him to withdraw it. Ashton believes that seven years ago she left him in a burning building, and that her sister Jade was the one who pulled him out.
On the hundred-and-first petition, Stella doesn't beg. She signs. Ashton answers with cruelty: he puts her late mother's locket around Jade's neck, watches Jade dare Stella to drink the alcohol she is allergic to, and calls her a second-rate photographer at her own photo shoot.
What Ashton doesn't know is that Stella has already made a deal with the mysterious Mr. Morrow: fund her mother's research lab, and she will marry him the day her divorce is final. Where the Stars Went is a divorce and second-chance romance short drama about a woman who finally chooses herself.
