This Privacy Policy explains how Holy Water Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Lucky Stars (the “Service”). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with the GDPR and applicable law.

- Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored only in hashed form).
- Usage data: episodes viewed, watch progress, reviews you submit, and basic device/browser information.
- Subscription data: your plan, status, and renewal date. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, and log data used to keep the Service secure and working.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the Service, including sign-in, streaming, and “continue watching”.
- To manage subscriptions, billing, and access to paid content.
- To improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep it secure.
- To contact you about your account or important service updates.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems; we receive only a token and limited information (such as the last four digits and status) needed to manage your subscription. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use non-essential cookies only where allowed. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the Service (such as our hosting and payment processor), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
