Faster than writing

Cancel your subscription Open your account, go to My Passes and press Cancel subscription. It stops all future charges and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out.
Bought episodes will not open Open your account with the email you paid from — access is tied to that address.
Sign-in link did not arrive Check the spam folder and whether the mailbox is full — that is what stops most of them.
Refunds and charges Conditions are in the subscription terms. Write with the email used at checkout and we will look it up.
