Where you paid decides where you cancel
ReelShort sells coins or a subscription through the App Store, Google Play and, for some users, its own checkout. Cancelling means going to whichever one charged you. Deleting the app does not cancel anything — the plan keeps renewing.
On an iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose ReelShort and tap Cancel Subscription.
If you do not see it there, the subscription was bought with a different Apple ID or somewhere other than the App Store.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose ReelShort and tap Cancel subscription.
Bought on the website
If you paid on the website (reelshort.com) rather than through Apple or Google, the subscription lives in your account there and has to be cancelled there — the App Store and Google Play cannot see it.
Asking for your money back
Refunds for in-app purchases are decided by the store that took the payment, not by the app:
- Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund and pick the charge.
- Google Play: open your order history in Google Play and choose Request a refund; if Google declines, it points you to the developer.
- Website purchases: write to the company’s support from the account page where you paid.
Coins already spent on episodes are usually not returned. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan normally runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a ReelShort refund phone number?
For purchases made through Apple or Google, the only phone line that can refund you is Apple’s or Google’s own support — the app cannot reverse a store charge. Pages that list a special “refund hotline” for a short drama app are worth treating with suspicion.
