The typical series runs 58 episodes, and the first 10 of them are free; after that every remaining episode is paid. In other words, a free viewer sees roughly 17% of a story before the wall.

DramaBox is built on the same shape — a block of free episodes at the start, then coins. The number varies by title on both apps, and both move it around for promotions.

Catalogue and style

ReelShort leans on its own productions: billionaires, werewolves, revenge, marriage contracts, shot in English with American casts. DramaBox carries a larger mixed catalogue, including a lot of translated and dubbed titles, and adds new series faster.
