How many episodes can I watch for free?
The first 7 episodes of every series are free. Just press play — no app, no account and no card needed.
How do I keep watching after the free episodes?
A subscription unlocks every episode of every series, including new ones. 7 days free, then $9.99 every 7 days. Cancel anytime.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Reel Shorts works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer — including the browsers inside Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we send you a one-tap sign-in link — no password needed. You can also sign in with Apple or with a password you set in your account. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open your account and press Cancel. That stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also write to support@reelshorts.org and we cancel it for you the same day.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged for a period you could not use because something on our side was broken, we refund in full. The details are in the Subscription Terms — write to support@reelshorts.org.
