What is The Heiress’s Downward Strike about?
The Orlandos have finally brought home their real daughter, and Cora is nothing like the heiress they raised in her place. She dyes her own hair with two-dollar dye, asks her father for a Toyota, takes a date to McDonald's on a scooter and refuses to wear any dress she can't throw a punch in.
Sheila, the fake heiress who grew up with Cora's life, plays the fragile little sister — until Cora does a perfect impression of her crocodile tears in front of the whole family. Then Mr. Orlando decides that Gavin Emerson, eldest son of the Emerson family and Sheila's fiancé, should court Cora instead. The Emersons have lost their shares and their company is falling apart, and for the Orlandos a marriage is a deal. Cora's second brother, Jacob, warns her that Sheila will make her pay for it.
The Heiress's Downward Strike is a comedy and revenge short drama about a real heiress who refuses to act like one.
