These Subscription Terms describe the paid subscription for Lucky Stars, operated by Holy Water Limited. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Plans and pricing
We offer recurring subscription plans (for example, weekly, 4-weekly, and annual). The exact plans, prices, and currency are shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
2. Billing and auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
3. Free and paid content
A selection of episodes is available free of charge. All other episodes are marked with a lock and require an active subscription. If your subscription ends or a payment fails, access to paid episodes stops.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid content until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and temporarily suspend access to paid content until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.
8. Price changes
We may change plans or prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change that affects your renewal, so you can cancel before it applies.
9. Trials and promotions
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts into a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends, unless you cancel beforehand.
