Welcome to Lucky Stars. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lucky Stars website and streaming service (the “Service”), operated by Holy Water Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. One account is intended for personal, non-commercial use by a single household.
3. Access to content
Some episodes are available free of charge; others are available only with an active paid subscription. Details of billing, renewal, and cancellation are set out in our Subscription Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, download, screen-record, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform any content from the Service.
- Do not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features, including paywalls and streaming protection.
- Do not share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including videos, images, text, logos, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for your own private viewing only.

If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content on the Service. You are responsible for what you post and must not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
